Our Evaluators

Ms. Noel specializes in psychoeducational evaluations to identify levels of ability in a variety of areas which may be impacting a child’s learning. She is an active participant in consultation and collaboration within weekly meetings; providing professional input to identify tiered academic, behavioral, social, and emotional interventions. She leads data-based decision-making and accountability discussions when determining the appropriate interventions to be implemented. Ms. Noel facilitates family-school collaboration services to provide professional recommendations and findings that will positively impact the student’s educational experience.

She also provides added support to children and families whose home language is Haitian Creole.

Her experience has afforded her the opportunity to lead individual and group counseling sessions, providing students with professional guidance to develop a positive and healthy level of self-esteem, as well as facilitating mediation sessions increasing the positive school environment experiences. Ms. Noel has collaborated with the Education Placement Team (EPT) and Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) meetings, providing data-driven professional recommendations for the implementation of tiered-level interventions.
